On International Museum Day, entry is free for all visitors.

Free audio guides in English, Spanish, French, German, German easy language and German sign language are available.
Pre-registration is not required.

Guided tours are offered: Overview tour and look behind the scenes at 10 a.m. as well as overview tour and depot show at 1 p.m.
The guided tours take place in German.
Admission to the guided tours is free.
