Tram 91, 94, 98, and Bus 605, 614, 692, 695, to “Dortustraße”
Tram 92, 96, to “Brandenburger Straße”
From both these stops it’s an easy five-to-ten-minute walk to the memorial site in Lindenstrasse.

If you are coming from Berlin, take the S7 (rapid urban rail service), RE 1 (Regional Express) or regional trains (RB 21, 22) to Potsdam central station. From there, change to either the tram or the bus.
