On October 3, on the occasion of the Day of German Unity, the Lindenstraße Memorial Foundation invites you to its traditional open day with a varied program. On the 35th anniversary of the Peaceful Revolution in the GDR, which ended more than forty years of SED dictatorship, the values of freedom and democracy will take center stage. Admission to the memorial and to the events (in German) is free of charge on this day, a guide in German sign language and an audio guide in German, German easy language, English, French and Spanish will be available free of charge throughout the day.
